Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Madda Walabu University (MWU) and Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR)!

Madda Walabu University (MWU) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) of Republic of Belarus. The agreement was signed by MWU President, Dr. Ahmed Kelil and Professor Vadim Bogush, Rector of BSUIR. The memorandum of understanding aims at encouraging exchange of academic, research and administrative staff for experience exchange, lecturing, research, training, participation in conferences and other events; as well as to facilitate exchange of PhD, Masters and undergraduate students in order to develop academic mobility. Moreover both universities agreed to jointly organize seminars, conferences, workshops, short-term continuing education programs, etc.; and to conduct joint scientific research. The MOU will provide the foundation and framework forthcoming projects or action plans which will be initiated by both academic and administrative units. EFDR Ministry of Education has facilitated the overall process of MoU signing between the universities.
መደ ወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ (መወዩ) በምስራቅ አውሮፓ በቤላሩስ ሪፐብሊክ ከሚገኘው ቤላሩሲያን ስቴት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኦፍ ኢንፎርማቲክስና ራዲዮኤሌክትሮኒክስ (Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics) ጋር በጋራ ለመሥራት የመግባቢያ ሠነድ ተፈራረመ። ይህ የመግባቢያ ሰነድ የተፈረመው በመወዩ ፕሬዝዳንት ዶ/ር አህመድ ከሊል እና በቤላሩሲያን ስቴት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኦፍ ኢንፎርማቲክስና ራዲዮኤሌክትሮኒክስ ሬርተር ፕሮፌሰር ቫዲም ቦሽ አማካይነት ነው። ሁለቱም ዩኒቨርስቲዎች በስምምነታቸው መሠረት በተማሪዎች፣ መምህራንና ሠራተኞ ልውውጥ፤ እንዲሁም በትምህርት፣ በምርምር፣ በስልጠናና በዕውቀት ሽግግር ዘርፍ በጋራ ለመስራት ተስማምተዋል። ለዚህ የመግባቢያ ሰነድ የመፈራረም ሂደት መሳካት የኢፌዲሪ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ሙሉ ትብብር በማድረግ ሁኔታዎችን አመቻችቷል።
